Email System Highlights:
The system was designed from an 'insure-delivery' point of view, while providing a complete audit of the entire SMTP conversation for each email processed. This allows for real-time confirmation of delivery, failure and reasons for failure. The system continues to attempt delivery for five days from the initial broadcast, and records post-receipt responses from accepting servers for up to ten days from initial broadcast. Soft bounces are updated to each individual delivery record.
The system was also designed to support an unlimited amount of custom, pre-populated fields, images and content sources to allow for our customers to relay a campaign from a single message, up to millions of individual message arrangements.
The system supports multi-format message bodies, merge subject line, from-line and content bodies and attachments. Merge custom images and content based on rating codes in records.
Fax System Highlights:
Proximity Marketing's broadcast fax system is designed to compose, send and receive high-volume, customized fax messages and to report on the progress and status of these messages in real time.
Data is cleaned and numbers are checked and updated with appropriate area codes. Invalid records are flagged at the record level, and non-deliveries are marked as to the reason for failure at the record level. Multiple attempt configurations are assignable on a per-project basis. Updated records are returned with the final report, or are available for real-time download from
CampaignCentral.
The system supports graphical forms, images and fonts. Data can be merged in custom fields, pre-populated fields and in salutations and body copy.
The inbound system sorts fax receipts and updates the project reports in real-time.
Additional services include yes/no and answer keying reported in real time, cover page suppression (unless pertinent information is written on a cover page, then it is included), page counts, page sorting, page alignment and day-by-day inbound analysis.
